6 weeks promised to change my trash bin & never done

Why ???? Every week Ive been waiting for the change out of my trash bin they change out one!!!! I even stay at home to wait and watch and today still again they didnt do it now Im very upset!!!! Not that it matters at all because nobody seems to care! The person on the phone seems to be nice and promise me each week that I will have it, I waited today patiently and still nothing,

Canceled service awhile back due to constant price hikes and now I am stuck with them again because they bought out local service. For the last five weeks we have had missed pickups and much misinformation about what day pick up day is. Last week we had no service. Will they deduct some from the bill? I doubt it. When I call I get the run around and keep getting different pick up days and misinformation. I understand when a company merges there may be a brief interruption of service but 5 weeks of this?? It seems they get their billing sent out on time and I expect my service on time as well.

You're all a bunch of deceitful liars!! Your Reps.stated all day that our garbage would be picked up by 6pm by a special team & it wasn't The Reps said the supervisor was aware of the mass complaints & the garbage would be picked up It is now becoming a health hazard & we will contact the health dept You are all a disgrace!!

Calling to close my account

for 2 weeks i am calling daily and customers service tells me with in 48 hours my sales rep will contact me ; after 10 days i get a call not from my rep but a sales guy to give me the rounds and force me not to close our account. I told him i already have a contract with another company please come pick up your containers he hung up, what do i do??? I am tired of calling!!! what w terrible service after 6 years of paying and putting up with their horrible service and prices!

Paying for service not getting it I'm told they don't know when I'm getting it

I have talk to the manager for our area several time about this issue and other issues. There were no reason not to pick my trash up yesterday I was told the service was suspended for residential but not commercial that's wrong I'm told my trash won't be pick up tell next week but I will not get a discount on my bill I pay for a month of service not two or three weeks or when they decide to pick it up.there are alot of trash cans in the neighborhood that have no lids due to the trucks breaking them and not having them replaced I told Chris here is his phone number 417268**** about this I have elderly people in this neighborhood that are not happy with this service as well my number is 417-873-**** if you wish to call me

About a bill I paid

I paid a bill over the phone with my checking account about two weeks ago Ive got a letter that they receive my call and they were going to take money out of my account but they still have not and I would like to talk to someone to make sure that they got the right account number and the routing number and I cant talk to anyone theres no number to talk to you at all

Half way empty every week So I pull out and put into other can because they don't empty and I'm stuck with over load all the time. Can you send a extra can when I call it takes two day for them to get here tad bit irritating.

Nasty trash collector

My trash collect truck number 2225 was upset because there were trash bags in front of the trash barrel. Became frustrated and began to get upset with my son who is mentally challenged and has a seizure disorder that he wears a helmet for. This trash collector is very rude...I've had dealings with him before . I think he needs a change in his route...not the most pleasant person and clearly has issues.

Missed pickup

DoMy trash is overfilled and has been sitting at the curb for 4 days. My trash day is Friday and was ensured it would be picked on Monday, which it is still not. I called today and was told it would be picked up tomorrow because they are on a two day delay. This is the fourth time this has happened, to top it all off, they refuse to take bags left outside of the can.

Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees

We left Republic Service for a different residential garbage service. We paid for the remainder of the quarterly costs despite not using the service as required by our Service Agreement. We then received notification of an additional fee for Republic to pick up their garbage can and clean it. There was no documentation other than" required fees" section of the billing statement. Customer Service offered no explanation other than stating they had to send another truck to pick up the can and clean the can. In addition, our service date was on Monday. There was no pick up on the following day or an additional day's pick up to cover the day that was missed. The discount for the missed service day was minimal at best. Customer Service was terse and slightly condescending in their tone when questioned about their fees and poor documentation. Glad to be rid of Republic and would discourage anyone from using their service.

Republic was invoicing me for "2 Lifts Per Week" when it lifted only one cart. Also, Republic's failure to disclose (unless specifically and pointedly asked) ANY environmental/fuel fees and administrative fees when quoting costs on garbage service and cart pick up fees have infuriated me for the last time. My whole Republic experience has caused me to begin my own investigation to determine if there are any local, state or federal regulatory, administrative or legal claims available to me.

I'm done with these guys. No trash pickup for 3 weeks.

No way to get local response or resolution. I called the local customer support number and I'm talking to some lady in North Carolina; meanwhile, here in Central Mass. I've got a full bin out there and I'm waiting for the bears to start coming by. Called last week - no response.

Called yesterday (my pickup day) and left my phone number. No call and no pickup. Made my third call in a week today and the best they can do is alert someone local "in the system". They don't have local phone numbers for the location that is 12 minutes from my house.

They are too big and too bloated to be able to offer local response.

This is simple stuff - they're supposed to pick up my trash, and then I pay them every month. They can't even do that well.Runrr

Horrible costumer service

Called and scheduled bulk service pickup. They did not show and I called and was told they would be there before 6 pm.

Guess what? Never showed. I called the next day and was told they would put it on the next day schedule. Nope, never showed again.

I called and was told they would send the request to supervisor and mark immediate response requested. They also said they would put it on the next day. Nope, still no pickup. Called today and was told that they would definitely be there to pick it up before 6 today.

Here I am at 6:15 and my bulk pickup is still sitting outside and the customer service is now closed until tomorrow. I will be calling again tomorrow.

I wonder how quick the company would send my bill to collections if it wasnt paid on time? I bet it would be faster than they pick up scheduled services!
