Customer Service should give better information about rentals, they are not as well informed and the sales rep should learn to have more customer service

I requested to rent a dumpster, 1st they deliver the wrong dumpster, when I asked to be exchange they wanted to charged extra $500. Customer service rep gave an awesome price, when the sales person gave me the quote was like 400 over for where the Rep gave me, he said not to worry about it was just a proposal until I got my bill from 500 that the Rep gave me to $699 that the proposal stated to a final bill of $869 they have an excuse for every single item they put in the bill. Customer Service now is sending me to the Sales Rep that he is not help at all

Monetary Loss: $868.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: That i no longer have to see them - ever, That i can fire them and never deal with them again.

I didn't like: One job they were hired to do - and failed at, Customer service, Process.
