Just posted the following on Republic's Facebook page:

"An open letter to Republic Services from a twenty-year customer: Since you 1) don't pick-up the trash as you agreed (a skipped week in March, two skips in May), 2) you don't telephone, e-mail, text, or put a notice on your smartphone app explaining why you can't get here, and 3) my policy is to never wait on hold for more than 48 minutes (see screen shot below), 4) please send me refund check for three missed weeks and 5) call to schedule a pickup of your container. I found another company that is more reliable and 47 percent less expensive.

Also, I told two of your customer service folks May 9 to cancel the service at the end of May. So don't try to tell me that I owe for June.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.
